Wide Compatibility: The quick release plate features a 1/4″-20 screw supports devices such as camera, monitor, cage, light, etc. And the quick release plate is reserved for 2 optional dowel pins, which can be removed and installed as needed to effectively prevent the devices from deflection. It also has a 1/4″-20 threaded hole on the bottom to allow attaching devices with 1/4″-20 screw (NOT over 6mm), like super clamp, tabletop tripod, ballhead, etc
